摘要
以EPC项目物资采购生命周期为主线,提高对物资采购风险管控重要性的认识,总结以往工程项目的经验,研究物资采购风险及应对措施,探索采购风险管控的方式方法,提升采购风险管理水平。
With the life circle of material purchasing for EPC projects as the main line of this paper, we summarized the experience from previous construction projects, studied the risk exposure in the material purchasing, and at the end explored the method for the control of these risks.
