首先对德国的基本情况及其物流园区的建设运营模式进行了阐述分析,紧接着概括性提出了我国物流园区在规划建设中存在的主要问题,最后在问题剖析的基础上,结合德国模式,提出我国物流园区发展的几点建议。

In this paper, we analyzed the basic information concerning the construction and operation of the logistics parks in Germany, then summarized in general terms the major problems in the programming and development of the logistics parks in China, and at the end, proposed some suggestinns for the development of the logistics parks in China.
