摘要
针对物流项目的综合性和独特性特点,考虑采用项目管理方法构建多功能、多层次的综合管理体系。在调研现有项目管理体系的基础上,对企业级物流项目管理体系总体架构进行设计,并完成各子体系的构建。
In this paper, in view of the characteristics of logistics projects, we considered the adoption of a multi- functional and hierarchical comprehensive system for their administration, then on the basis of an investigation, designed the general architecture of the enterprise-level logistics project management system, and at the end, constructed the subsystems of it.
