企业引入第三方物流服务的风险管理研究

Study on Risk Management for Enterprises Introducing TPL Services

简述了项目风险与第三方物流服务项目风险管理的内涵,对零售企业引入第三方物流服务时所面临的风险问题及其管理等进行了分析,以便为第三方物流服务在企业中的使用及取得利润的最大化提供有力条件。

In this paper, we introduced briefly the connotation of the project risk and the risk management of third party logistics service projects, then analyzed the issues in the management of the risks arising from the introduction of the TPL services by the retailing enterprises, and on such basis, prepared the conditions for the effective use of the TPL services by these enterprises and for the maximization of their benefits therefrom.
