摘要
通过对巨人重工机械公司制造车间的设施布局的分析,找出目前车间布局存在的问题,运用了SLP理论进行了车间生产的物流与非物流关系分析,提出了制造车间布局设置的改进方案,缩短了作业生产的总时间,减少了物料运输的距离,使得车间物流更加通畅,并有效提高了车间的作业效率。
In this paper, through analyzing the facilities layout of the production workshop of Giant Heavy Machinery Company, we identified the existing problems, used the SLP theory to analyzed the relations between the logistics and non-logistics processes in the workshop, and at the end proposed the solution to improve the layout of the workshop.
