Optimization of Cargo Bay Allocation in Manufacturing Storage Systems Based on Numerical Simulation

主要研究了如何对制造业仓储系统的货位进行分配优化的问题,首先对货位进行数学建模,建立基于出入库距离H和货物重心高度Sy的目标函数,然后采用变邻域搜索算法和Matlab软件对货位进行优化分配,从而得到所需要的理想货位。实例分析证明,对仓库进行优化分配后,无论是仓库面积还是出入库时间都明显的减少,为仓库货位的分配优化提供了参考。

In this paper, we developed a process for the optimization of the cargo bay allocation of the manufacturing storage systems and then through an empirical example, demonstrated the effect of the optimization.
