物流工程实践型人才能力结构需求及其教育培养体系的构建

Establishment of Competence Structural Demand and Cultivation System of Applied Logistics Engineering Talents

从我国物流产业和物流工程人才结构短缺的现状出发,探讨了物流工程实践型人才的能力结构需求及其教育培养问题,首先结合物流工程的行业特征给出了物流人才培养的基本要求,在此基础上分析了物流工程实践型人才应该具备的能力结构,并进行了详细的说明和内涵阐释,最后结合物流工程行业特征、我国物流专业教育状况等构建了物流工程实践型人才能力结构的教育培养体系,从教学体系、实践体系和科研体系三个方面进行论述。

In this paper, starting from the current status of the logistics industry of China and the structural shortage of logistics engineering talents, we studies the problems in the competence structural demand and cultivation of the applied logistics engineering talents, and at the end in connection with the characteristics of the logistics engineering industry and the situation of the specialist logistics education in China, established the education and cultivation of such talents.
