摘要
针对现有煤矿动态轻轨衡的前端系统硬件平台存在结构复杂、性能落后的问题,设计了一种嵌入式硬件平台,详细介绍了该平台的硬件组成和工作原理。该平台采用多站工作模式,以ARM微处理器为核心,实现了快速准确采集与处理煤矿称重数据的功能。实际应用表明,该平台性能稳定,测量准确可靠。
In view of problems of complex structure and poor performance of existing hardware platform of front-end system for mine dynamic light-rail weighter system,an embedded hardware platformwas designed.The hardware structure and working principles of the platform were described in details.The platform adopts multi-station mode and takes ARM microprocessor as core,so as to achieve functions of fast acquisition and processing of weighing data.The practical application shows that the platform has advantages of stable running performance and accurate measurement.
