露天采矿工艺中,采煤工艺采用电铲-自移式破碎工艺在露天煤矿应用不多,还处于试验阶段,它的适用条件比较苛刻,一般要求水平煤层。白音华二号露天矿煤层有一定的倾角,在应用这套系统就会存在电铲向自移式破碎机装载物料时,出现电铲卸载高度满足不了自移式破碎机要求的高度的现象,针对此问题,结合现场及设备实际,从生产工艺方面提出了解决方案。

The applicable conditions of technology are harsh and general requirements of technology are in horizontal coal seams. Coal seam in Baiyinhua No.2 open-pit mine has a certain angle of inclination, and shovel dumping height doesn＇t meet self-moving type crusher high requirement in loading materials. Aiming at this matter and combining the field and actual equipment, the article presents solution scheme from production technology aspect.
