摘要
以小型企业为立论点,结合内蒙古宝利煤炭有限公司实际,以人力资源理论和激励理论为理论依据,就最适合的员工薪酬激励为主的管理模式进行研究,深入剖析员工激励机制中所存在的问题,对其激励体系的建立进行探讨与研究,提出符合实际可行的激励完善方案,以期提高人力资源管理水平。并通过对员工激励机制的完善,为同类型企业提供借鉴和参考。
Taking small enterprise as standpoint, human resource theory and incentive theory as theoretical basis, the article researched the management mode suitable for employeesI salary incentive, analyzed the existing problems in the employee incentive mechanism, discussed the establishment of incentive system, and presented some feasible incentive perfect schemes to improve the level of human resources management, which provide reference for the same type enterprises through perfecting staff incentive mechanism.
