社会资本、政府干预与服务业集聚的影响研究

A Study on the Impacts of Social Capital and Government Intervention on Service Industry Clusters

本文以全国2003-2010年间的14个服务业集聚为样本,分析社会资本、政治干预对服务业集聚的影响,探讨社会资本和政府干预在服务业集聚影响方面的替代作用。研究结果发现,社会资本与服务业集聚之间呈倒"U"型结构,地方政府干预与服务业集聚呈正相关,社会资本和政府干预在服务业集聚中所起的作用可以相互替代。

With 14 service industl7 clusters from 2003 to 2010 used as samples, this paper analyzes the effects of social capital and political intervention on the clusters of service industry, especially the substitution effect among them all. The study finds that there is an ＂inverted U＂ type of structure in the relationship between social capital and service industy clusters. It is also found that social capital and government intervention are interchangeable in the role they play in the service industy clusters.
