摘要 以软件ADAMS为平台,在ADAMS/View中建立了雨刷机构的虚拟样机模型,并进行了仿真与运动学、动力学分析。得到了雨刷的角位移、角速度、角加速度曲线图以及各个运动副之间的受力曲线图,考虑构件柔性对机构重新建模,得到了与理想状况下的对比曲线,对雨刷高速运转时系统的受力及结构设计提供了依据。 Based on the ADAMS simulation software platform, the wiper mechanism is created in ADAMS/ View, then simula-tion and analysis of both kinematics and dynamics are made. The angular displacement, angular velocity, angular accelerationcurve and the force curve between each pair are obtained, and then remodeling with the consideration of the flexible compo-nents of institutions, the contrast curve under the ideal conditions is obtained, to provide basis for force and structure design inhigh-speed operation system.
