摘要
目的:研究环氧合酶-2(COX-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在皮肤基底细胞癌(BBC)中的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测59例BBC和20例正常皮肤组织中COX-2和MMP-9的表达。结果:COX-2、MMP-9在BBC的阳性表达率分别为67.8%(40/59)和62.7%(37/59),均明显高于正常皮肤组织中的阳性表达率20.0%(4/20)、15.0%(3/20);基底细胞癌中COX-2与MMP-9的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:COX-2和MMP-9在BCC中高表达,且两者的表达呈正相关,提示二者可能共同参与基底细胞癌的发病过程。
Objective:To study the expressions and significance of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in the skin basal cell carcinoma(BCC).Methods:The expressions of COX-2and MMP-9were measured by immunohistochemieal SP method in58 patients with BCC and 20 specimens of normal skin.Results:The expression rates of COX-2and MMP-9in BCC were 67.8%(40/59)and62.7%(37/59)respectively,which were significantly higher than those in normal mucosa tissues 20.0%(4/20)and 15.0%(3/20)respectively.The expression of COX-2was correlated with MMP-9expression in BCC(P <0.05).Conclusion:The higher expression of COX-2and MMP-9may play important roles in BCC development.
