摘要
球体连接缆索是系留气球的重要组成部分,根据系留气球的工作状态以及整体布局的要求,选择芳纶纤维作为系留缆索的主材,介绍了球上缆索连接的结构特点,为解决缆索接头强度损失问题,设计了一种新的金属接头结构,对缆索受力情况进行了理论计算,并采用有限元分析了胶结处的应力状态和整体连接强度,开发了芳纶缆绳与金属接头的胶结工艺,经不同环境拉力实验验证表明,采用该工艺合成的缆索合理可靠,能够满足系留气球低空和高空驻留要求。
The connect cable is an important part of tethered balloon.According to the working mode of the tethered balloon and the overall layout requirement,aramid fiber was selected as the main material of connects cable.The structure characteristic of the connect cable was introduced.A new metal part to solve the strength loss problem was designed by taking on theoretical calculation of the cable force state.The stress state of the joint was also analyzed by FEM software.A new cementation method of the aramid fiber cable and the metal part was explored.It is indicated by tension test under different environments that the made-up moorage cable is reasonable and reliable.It can meet the mooring requirement in low and high altitude of tethered balloon.
