积极心理学主要研究大学生如何体验积极情感、建构积极人格特质和积极的社会环境,为高校思想政治教育工作提供了新视角。基于积极心理学的概况,结合高校大学生思想政治教育工作特点及学生自身的心理特点,以积极心理学为指导切实开展大学生思想政治教育工作,分析积极心理学在高校大学生思想政治教育中的应用效果及启示思考,以便更好地做好大学生思想政治教育工作。
