As for science and engineeringcolleges, to develop education discipline is an important way towards a comprehensive university , and is alsoan appeal to flourish college academic ecology and improve operation efficiency .This paper starts from thebackground of education discipline construction in science and engineering college, then probes into thedilemma of education discipline in the development of science and engineering college, such as basic educationresources shortage, weakness of teaching staff, etc.; Finally, some useful suggestions are given according tothese problems.
