New Progress of Scientific Mining Technology in Chinese Coal Mine

摘要 阐述了我国煤矿实现科学开采的重要性及科学开采的内涵,总结了自身企业科学开采的技术进展,包括难采煤层安全高效开采技术、巷道安全高效掘进支护成套技术、绿色开采技术等。从煤炭行业自身出发,分析了科学开采技术应用存在的问题,得出制约科学开采发展、阻碍先进技术装备推广应用的3个主要因素,即初期投入大,企业难以承受;行业规范缺失,监管力度不足;煤炭开采的负外部性。最后有针对性地提出了促进科学开采技术发展的几点建议。 This paper expounded connotation and importance of scientific mining and concluded technological progress of enterprises, including safety and high-efficiency mining technology of difficult-mining coalseam, safety and high-efficiency driving supporting tech-nologies, green mining technology, etc. From coal industry, the problems in scientific mining technology were analyzed. 3 main factors which constrict scientific mining development and equipment popularization were obtained; they are large initial input which is more than enterprises could bear, scarce industry regulation and lacking governing intensity, and negative externalities of coal mining. Final-ly, several suggestions of promoting scientific mining technology development were put forward.
