摘要
为了提高光明矿稀缺煤种资源的采出率,使其采区采出率达标,提出采用沿空掘巷留窄煤柱技术、加长综采工作面长度、连续采煤机短壁开采技术综合提高5号煤层的采区资源采出率。研究结果表明,此3种技术在5号煤层的应用,将实现综采工作面参数的合理调整和采区边角煤的回采,并使2个采区资源采出率分别由原来的82.1%和80.3%提升至85.4%和86.9%,均可达到最新国家规范对稀缺煤采区资源采出率的要求,可为后期开采实践提供坚实的理论基础。
In order to improve mining ratio of scarce coal in Guangming Colliery, it was put forward that applying driving roadway along shallow coal-pillar, prolonging mining face and short-wall mining with continuous coal miner. Results showed that application of the 3 technologies in 5th coal-seam would rationally optimize full-mechanized mining face, make boundary coal mined and improve resource mining ratio of 2 mining zones from 82. 1% and 80. 3% to 85. 4% and 86. 9% , which would reach the requirement of state regulation for scarce coal resource and provide theoretical basis for later mining practice.
