下一代目录的内涵特征及其产品体验评价

摘要 "下一代目录"从概念的提出到理论内涵都充分体现了其增进用户体验的目标和特点,通过对Summon、Primo、EDS 3种目录产品的体验,分析了它们目前在界面、引导发现和资源描述方面存在的不足和应对策略,提出下一代目录的发展应进一步关注用户需求。
