总结了文献报道的肟菌酯及其中间体的工艺路线和合成方法。肟菌酯是由邻溴甲基苯乙酸甲酯等不同中间体经多步反应得到,主要有5条合成路线。
The process routes and synthetic methods of trifloxystrobin and its intermediates reported in literatures were summarized. Trifloxystrobin was synthesized by the key intermediate methyl 2-bromomethylphenylacetate by further reactions. There were mainly five synthetic routes to prepare it.
