A Continuous Sensitization Equipment of Emulsion Explosive with Double Planet

敏化机是乳化炸药生产线中的关键设备,针对现行卧式敏化机存在的因转动轴穿过基质导致基质进入密封装置而受到摩擦的安全隐患问题,应用行星搅拌原理,设计了立式乳化炸药双行星连续敏化装置。试验结果表明,该装置安全性好,敏化效果达到规定要求。

The sensitization machine is the key equipment in the production line of emulsion explosive. According to the defects of present horizontal sensitization machine that the emulsion matrix is easily brought into the sealing device for the shaft of machine passing through the matrix which would lead to the friction of matrix in the shaft, a vertical continuous sensitization equipment of emulsion explosive with double planetary stirring has been developed using the principle of planetary stirring. The test results show that the equipment has good safety and the sensitizing effect meets the specified requirements.
