摘要
在工程设计阶段,依据铁建设[2006]113号文和铁建设[2010]223号文编制概预算,不同的编制人编制出来的概预算数额会产生较大的偏差。为什么会产生这样的偏差,通过分析,找出造成概算偏差的主要因素,针对影响工程造价的这些主要因素,通过工程实例的分析与计算,从隧长的确定、混凝土配合比的选用、通过调查和评估确定材料单价、以实际运距计算运杂费等方面,提出应对措施及相关建议。
In the design phase of the project, the budget compiled by different people may have larger deviation by the same compiling basis. Through the analysis, the main factors that cause the deviation are found out. Aiming at the main factors affecting the project cost, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward form the aspects that the determination of tunnel length, the selection of concrete mixture ratio, the mate- rial unit price determined through investigation and evaluation, etc. through the analysis of engineering examples and calculation.
