摘要
铁路建设总承包工程是一项复杂的系统工程,涉及到设计、物资采购、施工及管理等方方面面。如何在项目的实施中做好投资控制与管理,此文针对工程建设的投标报价、工程实施及竣工结(决)算3个阶段易出现的问题进行分析。通过分析与研究,提出总承包工程在3个阶段进行投资控制和管理的措施与建议。
Railway construction general contracting project is a complicated system engineering, involving the design, procurement, construction, management and other aspects. Aiming at the problems appear in the three stages that the bid price, project implementation and completion final accounts of the project con struction are analyzed. Through the analysis and study, the investment control and management measures and suggestions in the three stages of the general contracting project are put forward, to provide reference for the similar projects.
