摘要
工程建设是一项系统工程,在实施阶段可能存在各种风险,特别是对承包单位来说,就存在施工合同管理方面的风险。如何识别这方面的风险,此文通过阐述施工合同管理存在的风险因素,对施工合同常见的风险进行分析。通过分析与研究,针对常见的风险,分签订合同前、合同签订过程及合同实施3个阶段,对识别出的风险提出可采取的防范措施,望能将风险造成的损失降到最低。
Engineering construction is a systematic project. There are potential risks in the implementation stage. Especially for the contractors, there is the risk of construction contract management. How to identify the risks is studied in this article by expounding the risk factors in construction contract management and the analysis of the common risks in the contract. Through the analysis and research, in view of the common risks, the preventive measures for the identified risks are put forward in the three stages that before signing the contract, contract signing process and the implementation , to minimize the loss caused by the risks.
