An Analysis of Quality System of Deepening Comprehensive Reform of Talent Training in Local Universities

人才培养质量是高校的生命线,提高人才培养质量是高等教育的永恒主题。在高等教育转型发展的背景下,地方高校提高人才培养质量应以质量体系为核心,深化人才培养综合改革;以质量定位为指针,统筹人才培养目标系统设计;以质量标准为依据,优化人才培养过程体系;以质量保障为手段,完善人才培养质量保证体系。

Talent training quality is the lifeline of colleges and universities,and improving the quality of talent training is an eternal subject of higher education. Under the background of the development of higher education transformation, we should take the quality system as the core, deepen comprehensive reform of tal-ent training in local colleges and universities： taking the quality position as a pointer, arranging talent train-ing target system design; based on quality standard, optimizing talent training process system; by means of quality assurance, perfecting talent training quality guarantee system.
