蒙脱石散联合黄连素保留灌肠治疗小儿腹泻的临床研究

Clinical Study on Montmorillonite Powder Combined with Berberine in Retention Enema Treatment of Diarrhea in Children

目的:探讨蒙脱石散(思密达)联合黄连素保留灌肠用于治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效与价值。方法:回顾性分析我院2006年12月至2012年12月收治的280例腹泻患儿,其中应用蒙脱石散联合黄连素保留灌肠治疗的为实验组,应用蒙脱石散联合口服黄连素治疗的为对照组,比较两组患儿治疗总有效率及临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗后实验组总有效率为92.1%,高于对照组的84.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组临床症状缓解时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿家长满意度为96.4%,显著高于对照组的85.7%(P<0.05)。结论:蒙脱石散联合黄连素保留灌肠治疗小儿腹泻疗效显著,能提高患儿用药依从性,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To investigate the curative effect and value of montmorillonite powder combined with berberine in the retention enema treatment of diarrhea in children. Methods： Two hundred and eighty cases of children with diarrhea from December 2006 to December 2012 in our department were selected, these cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 140 cases in each group. Treatment group used montmorillonite powder combined with berberine retention enema treatment; control group used montmorillonite powder combined with berberine oral treatment. Compare the total effective rate and the remission time index of two groups. Results： After the treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 92.1% , significantly higher than that of control group （84.3%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; the time of symptoms lasting in treatment group was significantly shorter than in control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05） ; the satisfaction of parents in treatment group was 96.4% , significantly higher than that in control group （85.7%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Montmorillonite powder combined with bcrberine in the retention enema treatment of infantile diarrhea have the obviously curative effect, improve their compliance, it is worth for clinical use.
