摘要 新生儿高胆红素血症为新生儿常见住院原因,严重的高胆红素血症可导致胆红素脑病,留下听力丧失、脑性瘫痪、智力发育障碍等后遗症,给患儿家庭和社会带来沉重负担。随着有效光疗及换血疗法的应用,胆红素脑病的发病率维持在较低水平,但据欧美等发达国家报道,其发病率近年有增加趋势[1]。
