土建类高职学生顶岗实习周记的管理制度研究

Research on the Management Regulations on Weekly Diary of Post Practice for Civil Higher-vocational Students

顶岗实习周记是记录学生顶岗实习期间的生活、工作、技能提升、思想变化等情况的原始资料,在顶岗实习体系中占居重要地位。文章基于泰州职业技术学院建筑工程分院对顶岗实习周记的管理,分析研究了土建类高职学生的顶岗实习周记汇报制度、评优制度和交流学习制度,促进顶岗实习周记管理制度的完善,从而充分发挥其作用,可供其他专业和学校借鉴。

The weekly diary of post practice occupies important position in the system, since these original materi- als record affairs about students＇ living, working, technique enhancing, thought changing and so on. Based on the management of Taizhou Polytechnic College, this paper has studied on a series of regulations on weekly diary of post practice for civil higher-vocational students, including report regulation, evaluation regulation and ex- change-learning regulation, which perfects the management regulation on weekly diary and then play its role ful- ly. It can provide useful reference for other specialties and colleges.
