摘要
高校德育的主体,不仅包括教师,也包括学生。就教师主体而言,其外延应该有所扩展,高校所有教师皆有育人之责;其内涵应当有所厘清,教育者和受教育者之间不是权威与顺从的关系,而是守望者与成长者的关系。对外延和内涵的重新理解,要求教师将自身道德素质和专业素质有机统一,并赋予这些素质以新的内容。
The subject of moral education in colleges includes not only teachers, but also students. As for the sub- ject of moral education, its epitaxial should be extended. All teachers in colleges have the responsibility of cultivat- ing students. But its connotation should be clarified. The relationship between the educators and the educated is not the relationship of the authority and the submissive, but the watcher and the growing-up. Re-understanding its epitaxial and connotation, college teachers are required to combine their own moral qualities together with their professional qualities, and to endue these qualifies new implications.
