摘要
利他主义是社会工作者所必须具备的心理品质,自我酬赏和外来酬赏是利他行为的内源性与外源性动机。通过构建利他动机模型来分析社会工作者行为的心理机制和伦理困境,能正确认识社会工作决策中存在的矛盾和冲突,理解酬赏在困境决策中的作用和影响。
Altruism is social workers must have the psychological quality , Self pay reward and external reward are endogenous and exogenous motives. The altruistic motivation model is constructed to analyze the psychological mechanism of social workers behavior and ethical dilemmas, to correctly understand of the contradictions and conflicts existing in the social work decisions, and know the effect and influence of reward in decision-making.
