配气机构是控制发动机进气和排气的装置,其性能及工作状态直接影响发动机的混合气浓度、充气效率等重要参数及发动机工作状况等。文章综述了汽油发动机配气机构的主要功用、常见故障的现象及原因分析,并提出了相应的检测方法和修复方法。

Valve mechanism is a device to control the intake and exhaust system. Its performance and working sta- tus directly affect some important parameters, such as the mixture concentration, volumetric efficiency, and en- gine working conditions, etc. This paper summarizes the function of valve-train gasoline engine and common fault phenomena, analyzes the reasons, and proposes fault diagnoses and elimination methods.
