高校国际化人才本土培养:“一境四同”实践路径研究 被引量:24

摘要 随着国际化合作与交流需求的日益增长,培养具有国际视野、通晓国际规则、能够参与国际事务和展示国际竞争力的国际化人才成为我国高等教育改革的重要议题,引起了国内教育管理者和研究者的普遍关注。促进学生的跨国流动曾是我国培养国际化人才的主要措施,甚至是唯一路径。"一境四同"模式通过打造适宜国际化人才成长的"整体环境",推行中外学生同堂授课、同卷考试、同室科研、同班活动的"四同"式本、硕、博贯通培养,极大丰富了国际化人才培养的新模式,开辟了国际化人才本土培养的实践路径。 With the increasing demand on international cooperation and communication, cultivating talents with international views, being familiar with international rules and able to participate in international affairs and demonstrating international competitive power, has become an important topic for higher education reform in China, which also have raised common attention from domestic education management and researchers. Enhancing students" mobility among countries had been the main method and even only path to cultivate international talents, now the modes for cultivating international talents have been greatly enriched by adopting 'Yi Jing Si Tong' concept to cultivate international talents, through building up an overall environment suitable for the growth and development of international talents ( ' Yi Jing '), and enabling Chinese and foreign students to learn under one same roof, to be evaluated by the same system, to conduct research together and to enjoy campus activities as a whole from their bachelor program, up to master and doctor program ('Si Tong') domestically; an innovative way has been explored and practiced accordingly in order to cultivate international talents in such a local-for-global way.
