《易经》作为儒家经典的"五经"之首,自问世以来就受到历朝历代人们的热捧,在今人眼中也有着重要的地位,但人们对此书性质和作用的认识还处于相对模糊和混乱的状态。本文试图从儒家创始人孔子以及大宗师荀子那里找到正确的看法和观点,再结合相关文献资料加以论证。

The Book of Changes is the leading book among the Five Classics of the Confucian School . It has enjoyed great popularity through generations and dynasties . It also plays an important role today . However , people now still have relatively obscure and confused understanding about the nature and function of this book . The author of this paper tries to get some right viewpoints from the Confucius , the founder of Confucius School , and Xuncius and expound and verify his opinions by referring to some relative books and thesis .
