摘要 The high-efficiency technology for methanol separation via integrated membrane at the Shanxi Coal Chemical Company has been successfully applied to the internals of methanol separator.The outcome of unit operation for more than one year has revealed that this technology not only has solved the problem of high methanol content The high-efficiency technology for methanol separationvia integrated membrane at the Shanxi Coal ChemicalCompany has been successfully applied to the internalsof methanol separator. The outcome of unit operation formore than one year has revealed that this technology notonly has solved the problem of high methanol content inrecycle gas exiting the methanol separator, but also hasimproved the synthesis efficiency, leading to improvementsin methanol yield and safety operating coefficientof the integrated compressor, and reduction of energyconsumption to assume a leading position in terms of thedomestic overall technical level.
