摘要
[目的]构建无烟手术室,消除手术烟雾对手术室空气的污染,改善空气质量。[方法]设计应用一体式吸烟通路,观察不同电外科设备在不同部位组织应用时的消烟效率。[结果]应用一体式吸烟通路,使手术视野视线清晰,手术烟雾消除率达100%。[结论]使用一体式吸烟通路,对消除手术烟雾所引起的手术室空气污染及其危害具有重要的意义。
To construct the smokeless operation room,eliminate the pollution of operation smoke on the air in operation room and improve the air quality.Methods：The integrated smoke path was designed and ap-plied,then to observe the efficiency of smoke removal in different electro surgical equipments used in different parts of tissue.Results：The applica-tion of disposable smoking path made the operation visual field clear sight, and elimination rate of operation smoking was 100%.Conclusion：The use of integrated smoking path has the vital significance to eliminate the air pol-lution in operation room caused by operation smoke and its harm.
