摘要
分析国内外护理管理者岗位培训现状,提出我国的护理管理者培训存在任职资格参差不齐、培训内容缺乏针对性、方式单一、培训时间长短不一、培训前缺乏需求评估、培训后缺乏统一考核、后备人才供给不足等问题。建议相关部门重视护理管理者的岗位培训,建立系统化、分层化、常规化、制度化、规范化、长期化、按需求、形式灵活、考核有效、人才储备充分的护理管理者培训体系,从根本上提高护理管理者的护理管理水平。
It analyzed the status quo of domestic and foreign nursing managers post training.It put forward that there were many problems in nursing management training in China such as uneven qualification,lack of targeted training content,single mode,varying lengths of training time,lack of needs assessment before the training,lack of unified exam after training and lacking of reserve talent supply.It suggested that the relevant department should think highly of the post training of nursing managers,establish systematic,hierarchical,regular,institutionalized, standardized and long term nursing managers training system which was on demand and had flexible form,effective assessment and sufficient tal-ent reserve,and so as to fundamentally improve the level of nursing man-agement of nursing managers.
