养老机构老年人生存质量的影响因素调查研究

Investigation on influencing factors of quality of life of old people in pension institutions

[目的]探讨养老机构老年人生存质量的影响因素,为行业管理部门制定养老机构相关政策提供理论保证,从而提高老年人的生存质量。[方法]采用方便抽样法,通过问卷调查的方式,对北京市6所养老机构内375名老年人的生存质量进行调查,分析影响养老机构老年人生存质量的因素。[结果]单因素分析结果显示,婚姻状况、文化程度、身体状况、不良事件、日均服药种类、能力等级、医疗付费方式、经济来源、疾病指数、年龄10个因素与生命质量有关;多元回归分析结果显示,老年人身体状况及能力等级是老年人生存质量的主要影响因素。[结论]养老机构老年人生存质量的影响因素颇多,可以通过改善老年人的身体状况、自理能力来提高老年人生存质量。

To probe into the influencing factors of quality of life of the elderly in pension institutions,so as to provide theoretical guar-antee for industry management department making the pension institu-tions related policies,thereby to improve the quality of life of old people. Methods：Using convenient sampling method and through questionnaires, a total of 375 old people in six pension institutions in Beijing city were in-vestigated on their quality of life and analyze the factors affecting the quality of life of the elderly in pension institutions.Results：The single factor analysis results showed that 1 0 factors were related to the quality of life including marital status,educational level,physical condition,ad-verse events,average daily medication type,ability level,medical pay-ment,economic source,disease index and age;multiple regression analysis results showed that the health and ability level of the elderly were the main factors affecting the quality of life of the elderly.Conclusion：There are many influencing factors of quality of life of old people in pension in-stitutions and the quality of life can be enhanced through improving phys-ical condition and self care ability of old people.
