摘要
以新城镇化的基本内涵为论述基点,在总结当前农民工权益法律保障缺乏的现实表现与分析其主要原因的基础上,提出了新城镇化视域下加强与改进农民工权益法律保障的基本对策。
Taking the basic connotation of the new urbanization as its argument basis, the article summarized the manifestations that the legal rights and interests protection to migrant works is still insufficient. Meanwhile , it analyzed the causes of this situation. The article proposed some basic countermeasures to strengthen and improve migrant workers legal rights and interests protection in the new urbanization background.
