京津冀区域经济差异及其影响因素分析与政策选择

Analysis and Policy Choice on Jing-Jin-Ji Economic Differences and Its Influence Factors

作为环渤海经济圈的核心,京津冀区域经济发展已逐渐成为继长三角、珠三角后的第三经济增长极,但是区域经济发展存在着不平衡性,呈现出明显的二元结构现象。通过剖析京津冀发展阶段的趋势特征,从整体角度分析了京津冀区域经济差异及影响因素,panel data模型的计量分析结果表明:资本投入、产业结构、对外开放程度均与京津冀区域经济增长显著正相关,但影响度不同,进而提出了优化区域产业结构、加强资本投入和对外开放缩小区域经济差异的对策建议。

In the process of economic development, regional economic difference is an inevitable phenomenon. As the core of the Bohai economic circle, the economic development of Jing-Jin-Ji region has gradually become the third economic growth pole of China successive to the Yangtze River delta, the Zhujiang River delta. However, regional economic development imbalance still exists in this region, showing obvious phenomenon of binary structure. Through examining the trend feature of the development stage of the Jing-Jin-Ji region, from the overall perspective, this article analyzed the economic differences in Jing-Jin-Ji region and its influencing factors. The results obtaining from the panel data model measurement indicated that capital investment, industrial structure, degree of opening to the outside world and Jing-Jin-Ji region significantly positively related to economic growth, but the effect is different, in the context of the current economic and social development. The article also proposed suggestions on narrowing the difference of Jing-Jin-Ji regional economy.
