血精方治疗气虚不固型血精临床研究

A clinical study on treating Qixu Bugu style of hematospermia with Xuejing recipe

目的:观察血精方治疗气虚不固型血精的临床疗效。方法:将符合气虚不固型血精诊断标准的80例患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组40例,采用左氧氟沙星片,2片/次,2次/d,口服;治疗组采用血精方,水煎服。两组均以4周为1个疗程。结果:治疗组效果明显优于对照组,对照组总有效率75.00%,治疗组为92.50%,两组比较:x^2=4.501,P=0.004;两组在临床症状改善方面均有效,并且治疗组优于对照组;两组均能改善患者的生活质量,但治疗组优于对照组(.P<0.05);治疗期间,未发现治疗药物明显不良反应。结论:血精方治疗气虚不固型血精的临床疗效较好,值得推广。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of Xuejing recipe on Qixu Bugu style of hematospermia. Methods： 80 patientswere randomly divided into two groups; the control group （40 cases） was given levofloxacin tablets; while the treatment group （40 cases）was given Xuejing recipe, 4 weeks for 1 course. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group （92.50%） was significantly better than75.00% in the control （x^2=4.501, P=0.004）, clinical symptoms and life quality in the treatment group were significantly improved thanthe control （P〈0.05） with non-side effects. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of Xuejing recipe was confirmed, and worthy of clinicalpromotion.
