归芍六君子汤加味治疗功能性消化不良的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating functional dyspepsia with the Guishao Liujunzi decoction

目的:观察归芍六君子汤加味治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法:对72例肝郁脾虚型患者采用分组对照治疗,治疗组36例用归芍六君子汤加味治疗,对照组36例用多潘立酮治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组91.67%、对照组75.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组症状积分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访6个月,治疗组复发率22.22%、对照组复发率41.67%。结论:归芍六君子汤加味治疗肝郁脾虚型FD有良好的临床疗效,且能降低其复发率。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Guishao Liujunzi decoction on functional dyspepsia. Methods： 72 patientswere randomly divided into two groups; the treatment group was given the Guishao Liujunzi decoction, while another was givendomperidone. Results： The total efficacy in the treatment group was 91.67%, obviously higher than 75.00% in the control, the differencewas statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Improvement of symptom score in the treatment group was better（P〈0.05）. Within 6 months offollow-up, the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 22.22%, lower than 41.67% in the control. Conclusion： The Guishao Liujunzidecoction was confirmed with remarkable effects and lower recurrence rate on functional dyspepsia.
