穴位按摩配合艾灸对虚寒性胃脘痛的效果观察

Clinical observation on treating deficiency epigastric pain by acupoint massage plus moxibustion therapy

目的:观察穴位按摩配合艾灸对虚寒性胃脘痛的效果。方法:将80例虚寒性胃脘痛病人随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组48例,对照组32例,对照组给予抑酸护胃药物常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予患者穴位按摩和艾灸治疗,比较两组病人治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为93.75%,对照组为81.25%,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩配合艾灸可提高虚寒性胃脘痛的疗效,促进病人康复。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of acupoint massage plus moxibustion therapy on deficiency epigastric pain.Methods： 80 patients were divided into the observation group （48 cases） and the control group （32 cases）, the control group was given routine treatment; the observation group was given acupoint massage plus moxibustion therapy more, and clinical effects were compared.Results： The total efficacy in the observation group （93.75%） was significantly better than that （81.25%） in the control （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Acupoint massage plus moxibustion therapy could increase clinical efficacy and promote patients rehabilitation.
