中医把诊断的过程称作"辨"。中医辨的过程就是对采集到的临床资料进行综合、分析、辨别并作出诊断。范文甫认为辨证要抓住疾病发生的根本原因,辨证与用药必须精细化。

Process of TCM diagnosis was named Bian. The process of Bian is to analyze, identify the clinical data, and make a diagnosis. FAN Wen-fu suggests that differentiation should caught the real causes of disease, differentiation and medication must be fine.
