影像学支持下痰浊蒙窍型与瘀阻脑络型血管性痴呆的临床对比

Clinical comparison between Tanzhuo Mengqiao type of vascular dementia and Yuzu Naoluo type of vascular dementia in imaging

目的:研究影像学支持下的痰浊蒙窍型与瘀阻脑络型血管性痴呆的临床对比。方法:运用中医辨证分型出痰浊蒙窍型和瘀阻脑络型血管性痴呆,各20例,对以上患者进行MRI检查以及MMSE和SDSD量表分析。结果:两证型患者半数以上存在多发性梗死,验证患者均为脑卒中后发生的认知功能障碍,对两组患者进行MMSE量表及SDSD量表结果进行统计学分析。结论:痰浊蒙窍型血管性痴呆MMSE得分高于瘀阻脑络型,而SDSD得分低于瘀阻脑络型与临床症状相符。

Objective： To study clinical comparison between Tanzhuo Mengqiao type of vascular dementia and Yuzu Naoluo type of vascular dementia in imaging. Methods： 40 cases were divided into 20 cases of Tanzhuo Mengqiao type and 20 cases of Yuzu Naoluo type based on TCM syndrome differentiation, and all were checked and analyzed by MMSE and SDSD. Results： Most of patients in two groups existed multi-infarct, and were confirmed with cognitive impairment after stroke. Results in MMSE and SDSD were analyzed statistically in both. Conclusion： Results in MMSE in Tanzhuo Mengqiao type of vascular dementia were better than those in Yuzu Naoluo type of vascular dementia, and results in SDSD in Tanzhuo Mengqiao type of vascular dementia were lower than those in Yuzu Naoluo type of vascular dementia. All results conformed to clinical symptoms.
