左西替利嗪片联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗慢性湿疹疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating chronic eczema with cetirizine tablets plus the Runzao Zhiyang capsule

目的:观察左西替利嗪片联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗慢性湿疹的疗效。方法:将2009年7月-2010年8月确诊的慢性湿疹患者随机分为两组。Ⅰ组(对照组)78例应用左西替利嗪片+氢化可的松软膏进行治疗;Ⅱ组(治疗组)78例应用左西替利嗪片+氢化可的松软膏+润燥止痒胶囊进行治疗。定期观察和随诊,8周后,进行统计学分析,评价疗效。结果:治疗组有效率91.1%,对照组有效率75.6%,(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:左西替利嗪片联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗慢性湿疹具有疗效好,不良反应小的优点,是一种较好的治疗方法。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of cetirizine tablets plus the Runzao Zhiyang capsule on chronic eczema. Methods：156 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the group I （control group） was given cetirizine tablets plus hydrocortisone ointment;the group II （treatment group） was given cetirizine tablets, hydrocortisone ointment plus the Runzao Zhiyang capsule. Results： The total efficacy in the treatment was 91.1%, while in another it was 75.6 （P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：Cetirizine tablets plus the Runzao Zhiyang capsule was confirmed with good effects and less side reactions, and was better for treating.
