中药熏洗配合导引训练治疗膝痹病的临床体会

Clinical experience for treating Bi of knee in TCM medicine fumigation

目的:探讨中药熏蒸直接训练治疗膝痹疾病的临床疗效。方法:给予66例膝关节痹的中药熏蒸治疗患者指导训练,观察临床症状缓解。结果:66例的临床观察,30例治愈,改善31例,无效5例,总有效率为92.42%。结论:中药熏洗配合导引训练治疗膝痹病疗效可靠,副作用小,操作简单易行,值得推广应用。

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of TCM medicine fumigation on Bi of knee Methods： 66 patients were were treated in TCM medicine fumigation plus direct training. Results： In 66 patients, 30 cases were cured, 31 cases were improved, 5 cases were invalid, the total efficiency was 92.42%. Conclusion： TCM medicine fumigation plus direct training was effective on Bi of knee, with few side effects, easy to operation, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
