摘要
目的：观察运用中西医结合治疗小儿臂丛神经损伤的临床疗效.方法：对30例小儿臂丛神经损伤的患者采用针刺推拿配合中药热罨包和药物治疗1～5个疗程并进行随访.结果：30例患儿中痊愈23例,占76.67%,好转5例,占16.67%,无效2例,占6.67%,总有效率为93.33%.结论：中西医结合治疗小儿臂丛神经损伤疗效显著.
Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on brachial plexus injury of children. Methods： 30patients were treated in the integrative medicine for 1 to 5 courses. Results： In 30 patients, 23 cases were cured, for 76.67%; 5 cases were improved, for 16.67%; 2 cases were invalid, for 6.67%; the total efficacy was 93.33%. Conclusion： The integrative medicine shows good effects on brachial plexus injury of children.
