本文探讨了我院以重点学科建设为契机,通过提升学术水平、注重人才培养、加快科学研究、夯实条件建设、加强管理考核等措施,积极创造良好环境,探索出符合医院特点的学科建设创新模式,促进了医院重点学科整体建设水平的提高,推动了医院的全面协调发展,提升了核心竞争力。

The article discussed development of faculty key academic subjects. Academic level, personnel training, scientific research, condition construction and management assessment were strengthened; good environment was created; subject construction creation was explored; whole level of subject construction was improved. All those improved all over development and core competitiveness.
