摘要
目的:对胎膜早破早产儿应用地塞米松的临床疗效进行分析。方法:本文对36例早产胎膜早破应用地塞米松病例进行回顾性分析,探讨目前关于地塞米松的疗效问题的争议。结果:临床应用地塞米松促胎肺成熟治疗对于提高早产儿存活率和生存质量具有十分重要的意义。
Objective： To analyze clinical effects of dexamethasone in PROM preterm infants. Methods： 36 medical cases of application of dexamethasone in PROM preterm infants were analyzed, and the controversy of efficacy was discussed. Results： Applicationof dexamethasone in promoting fetal lung maturity could increase survival rate in preterm infants with important significance.
