摘要
为贯彻落实全国护理工作会议精神,加强医院临床护理工作,为人民群众提供安全、优质、满意的护理服务,坚持以病人为中心的服务理念,切实改善护理服务,提高护理质量^([1]),我科从2012年8月开始实施优质护理服务。通过近一年的努力,结合我科实际情况,实行弹性排班制,护理包干责任制,简化护理文书书写等工作,切实做到把护士还给病人。我心血管内科护理工作呈现全新面貌,护理服务得到质的提高。患者满意度调查较以往上升了一个新的台阶。
In order to implement the spirit of the national nursing conference, strengthen clinical care, provide safe, high quality and satisfactory care, improve quality of care, our department started quality care from August 2012. With one years’ work, flexible scheduling system, nursing responsibility system, simplifying nursing documents were implemented. In our department, nursing work presents a new look and the quality of care was obviously improved, at the same time, the patients’ satisfaction was higher than before.
